Schedule & Guidelines At every meeting, we have one or two fifteen-minute presentation by our members. Here are some tips on how to use your time to best advantage. These techniques work best when each member has been thoroughly educated in what other members need and what the other members are seeking in new business opportunities. Members of the Tampa Bay Business Builders approach networking seriously. Members: the purpose of your presentation is to tell other TBBB members what you look for in a referral so they can guide qualified referrals to you. The better you communicate this information, the better your TBBB referrals will be! Review the Speaker’s Guidelines before your scheduled time. Remember, attendance is of paramount importance! If your attendance is not at a minimum of 75%, you are not eligible for a speaking time slot. Don't make a sales pitch! Start with these guidelines when making a member presentation.
