All officers can appoint committees to support any area that
they deem necessary.
II. MEMBERSHIP:
A. An up to date, dues paying member in a specific business -
service/product category. Membership belongs to the individual, not the company. Admission
to TBBB is based upon a no-compete with the existing members. Membership is open to
professional business people requiring visitation at two meetings, as a guest. Upon
attendance of the third meeting, dues must be paid for a designated category. This will
establish them as an active member of TBBB. Membership is to be renewed quarterly by the
payment of dues. Membership is not to be held if dues are two weeks overdue. Category is
then open, unless special arrangement is made by the member with the membership officer.
B. Each dues paying member has one vote. They may represent
more than one category if -
1. category is open
2. dues are paid for each category.
C. We encourage attendance and participation for all members.
Members are expected to attend 75% of meetings/events.
III. TBBB will own no property of value over $200.
IV. Any member may resign at their discretion, understanding
that no dues are refunded.
V. Any member will be expelled for unethical behavior by a
majority membership vote.
VI. TBBB can be dissolved upon a vote with 75% agreement of
attending membership. All bank accounts can be closed after all existing bills are paid.
Balance of funds Will then be distributed equally to current members.
